i want to ask about the availability of some prototyping machines

Rapid prototype I'm looking for a supplier who can make the attached part in rapid prototyping machine. the part needs to be air tight and to the specified dimensions. Attached is an image of the part, if you need CAD file please let me know in which format you prefer. Regards. [File attached]
